Ford Takes Hottest Car and Truck at 2013 SEMA Show

The 2013 Specialty Equipment Marketing Association (SEMA) Show kicked off on Tuesday, November 5th at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The SEMA Show is the premier trade event for automotive specialty products. This event brings together the brightest minds and hottest products in the industry and also offers educational seminars, product demonstrations, networking opportunities, and special events throughout the week.

For the third year, SEMA has honored top vehicles in the following categories: Hottest Car, Hottest Truck, Hottest 4x4-SUV, and Hottest Sports-Compact Car. The SEMA Award is chosen by specialty equipment manufacturers and honors the best platforms for accessorizing and showcasing the most popular vehicles.

Ford Motor Company walked away with two SEMA Awards, 2013 Hottest Car and 2013 Hottest Truck. The Ford Mustang took the title of the Hottest Car for a second consecutive year. For the fourth consecutive year, the Ford F-Series took the title of the Hottest Truck. This is a testament to the popularity of both the Mustang and the F-Series.
