Murphy Ford Fights Against Breast Cancer

Tomorrow kicks off the start of Murphy Ford’s Pursuit of the Cure to breast cancer. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM). Ford Motor Company is a 17 year national sponsor of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Ford has raised over $110 million for the cause and more than 75,000 Ford Employees have participated in the Race for the Cure. Ford created the Warriors in Pink program to help spread awareness and to tell the stories of those impacted by the disease.

At Murphy Ford, we want to do our part to help in the fight against breast cancer. Throughout the month of October, we will be donating to breast cancer research for every new vehicle sold. Our employees will wear pink on select days to help spread awareness.

Without a cure, 1 in 8 women will continue to be diagnosed with breast cancer. We realize how serious this disease is and are proud to be able to add to the millions of people who fight for this cause.
